DAVID + CASEY.

Love can been seen in so many ways. On a wedding day, I always see it displayed through emotion, passion, happiness, and joy. Weddings are filled with laughter and tears. There is so much emotion to be captured. It is all around you. I am always looking to show exactly what love can look like. This image from David and Casey’s wedding reminded me of the emotion I saw on their day and the picture of what I believe marriage represents. The contrasting colors between the bride and groom are so bold. The bride is lit by the sun that seems to illuminate the joy from within her. She is brilliantly beautiful and held by a man that committed to love her for the rest of his life. A man that looks so content right where he is. Holding his bride in the light and protecting her from the darkness behind him. There is a sense of strength from his side and freedom and safety on hers.  She looks perfect in his arms. It is where she belongs.

I believe we live for something greater. For Someone who holds us in the light and protects us from darkness. For Someone who came to give us life and life abundantly. Someone who created love.
